Alaska Computer Support Service Guarantee
AkCS strives to provide outstanding service and products. We believe in long term relationships and strong foundations with our clients and vendors. If we feel that our abilities have fallen short while providing service we will adjust billing to what is appropriate for industry standard. If any of our services are found faulty we will correct the issues at no cost. This is solely at the discretion of AkCS. Through communication we set expectations that we can deliver on.
We make it a policy to work with vendors that stand 100% behind their products. All manufacturers’ warrantees are intact and fully redeemable through their channels. We can assist in warranty resolution if necessary, additional charges may apply for support.
